JUMBO ORDERS
Our jumbo orders have more meat than our regular orders. They are served with two side dishes: potato salad, garden salad, coleslaw, greens, pinto beans, black-eyed peas, and cornbread or roll.
Brisket of Beef $12.95
Brisket is tender slices of boneless beef.
Brisket of Buffalo $13.95 *excellent* guilt free lean and tender, low fat and high protein.
Beef Ribs $13.95
We find the finest cut of beef possible for our beef ribs, then cook them to perfection.
Buffalo Ribs $18.95 3 Double-sided Ribs(same as 6 ribs), leaner than pork or beef.
Sliced Pork $12.95
Our sliced pork comes from the tender part of the leg of pork.
Pork Spareribs $15.95
There is nothing spared in preparing our pork spareribs; they are meaty and good!
Smoked Turkey $10.95
We smoke whole turkeys, then layer your sandwich with both light and dark meat.
Barbecued Chicken $10.95
Our chicken is seared over a wood-burning grill and cooked to perfection.
Link Sausage $10.95
We grind and stuff the sausage. They are smoked and punched with flavor!
Two Meat Combo $18.95
We take two of your favorite meats and combine them for a great duo!
The Sampler $22.95
The sampler has a portion of all of our meats to try; it's designed for one, but two share it frequently.
