All of our Easy Option's are served with two of our side dishes Potato Salad,Organic Spring Mix Garden Salad, Coleslaw, Greens, Pinto Beans, Black-eyed Peas and cornbread or roll and dessert. Our meats include: Brisket of beef, Beef Ribs, Sliced pork, Pork Spareribs, Smoked Turkey, Barbecued Chicken, Link Sausage.To substitute to wonderful Buffalo Brisket, pleae add 1$. You have 2 sauce choices of smokey brown sugar, mild, medium & hot.

BRISKET OF ORGANIC BUFFALO $13.95 per pound.It tastes fantastic and it's an experience you should not miss. Brisket is thin sliced like roast beef, lean and tender, a world class quality. Even kids like'm. Organic,hormone & Chemical free.Naturally raised & cooked without using gas or propane! 

BUFFALO RIBS are good, leaner than beef. Buffalo ribs are  $11.50 per pound special, each rack is 3-4 lbs.We suggest half Brisket and half Ribs Combo for a perfect meal. All Buffalos are raised naturally with No Hormone,No Antibiotics,Grass fed. Smoked with Honey maple in Wood burning oven. Low fat, low cholesterol & High protein. We do not use any gas or propane  to cook our meat.
